Our Gurkees rope sandals are made of 100% USA made, textured polypropylene rope. They are lightweight and extremely durable. Gurkee’s are handmade, with a double layer sole. There is no glue or stitching, they are heat welded together to form a solid unit. Gurkee’s are machine washable and salt water and chlorine resistant. The more you wear them, the more comfortable they get!
